The combined spaces can accommodate up to 1,300 guests for standing receptions or 700 seated.
Is the rooftop deck available for private events?
Yes. The rooftop deck can be used for cocktail hours, photo moments, or evening dinners and expands your space with floating access and skyline views.
Who provides bar service?
All bar service is offered exclusively through Parkside Projects Catering. Outside alcohol is not allowed, and all bar staff must be provided by Parkside Projects.
Can I bring my own caterer?
No. Only pre-screened and approved full-service caterers may provide catering at Brazos Hall.
What hours are included with the rental?
Your rental includes a 12-hour block between 6 a.m. and 2 a.m. Events outside these hours may carry additional charges.
Can parts of the venue be rented separately?
Yes. The main hall and rooftop deck can be rented individually or together, depending on your event size and style.
